A place where anyone can talk about their “typical things”.
What’s normal to you is normal because it was developed over many years and has had time to become unique and sophisticated, even though you might not see it. Let others show you how special you are.
“A place where members of the community inspire each other. A place where one’s normal becomes special for others and where dreams come true — that’s the ONE DAY ONE UNIT community. ”
In the editor’s note of the ONE DAY ONE UNIT online camp report, I wrote this. I was then made aware of the following comment from an online English teacher.
“I think the best part of the ONE DAY ONE UNIT is a family. It’s a family, you know because you treat each other as brothers and sisters, so for me, it’s not a community, it’s a family. We say the community is just like your neighbor. You treat them as family members. You have strong bonds, you share the secret, and they share their problems. A community does not share their problems, so it’s a family, “
Exactly. That feedback became clear. So I replaced the last words with “that’s the ONE DAY ONE UNIT family.”
However, there is something special about this family. It means that they have a place to share their wisdom, strengths, hobbies, and experiences. Families are often so busy with everything that they don’t know as much as they think they do. I have never heard any details about my mother’s 30 years of volunteer work, which was enough to earn her a medal of honor.
The other day, at the Kyushu seminar, there was a person who wore very nice clothes, and even though I could only see her top on Zoom, I always thought she was wearing clothes that she was obsessed with. When I met her face to face, it was obvious that she was a fashionista. It seems that she studied fashion during her school days. It was the first time I had heard that, but I knew it! I thought. So, I asked her if she would talk about her fashion coordination on Zoom.
To begin with, she had been reading my blog since I was blogging as an apparel shop manager. She also bought my DVD for the salesperson.
My fashion is a theory of coordination that I learned through my experience as a salesperson, but genuine fashionistas also decorated and painted clothes themselves, and even had the artisans around her create the clothes she wanted! I also knew that this had been handed down to her by her parents. It was a lecture that inspired many viewers.
But she says, “It’s just normal for me.”
Right, let’s add a slash. / A place where anyone can talk about their “typical things”. That’s the ONE DAY ONE UNIT family.
