It’s a sign.

Einstein said,”In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.”

4:00 am I had a dream about a cobweb. It was a grotesque black spider, and for some reason, the back of the spider was flashing red and green. I wondered why this spider, which I had never seen before, had appeared in my dream. It’s a sign!

8:47 am I got a text from someone I know.

“Good morning! It’s been a while since I’ve seen you. I read your newsletter this morning, and it seems that you are struggling with your internet connection. I am a network engineer. If you have any problems with your line or router, please contact me.

He was a spiritual counselor. I knew that he had another face as a SE, but I was surprised to know that he was a network engineer. Now he’s working freelance, so he was going to come to check my internet connection the next day. To thank him, I hired him for a 90-minute counseling session in return for his help.

We struggled for 3 hours, but we couldn’t get IPv6 to open. However, my internet speed has improved by threefold. The only thing left to do now is to contact the provider. I was sure it would be resolved!

And then the session began. This is the first time I have ever had a spiritual counseling session when I was not in need of one.

SP: You’ve done well, Horiguchi-san. You have a very inquisitive mind. I don’t know why I’ve been invited. What is the sign? Do you need to update your soul?

We also talked about the dream of the cobwebs.

SP: Oh, WWW is a spider’s web, WWW stands for the worldwide web. The internet is a concept of a network of webs. I think red and green are the blinking lights of a router? You don’t have to be afraid of it, just look at it, it’s beautiful.

ME: I know, when the new router was set up I said to the IT guy,”Oh, the flashing lights are beautiful in seven colors.” So that was the color of the spider’s back! The spider’s web is a cobweb, so it’s definitely a metaphor. My subconscious is creative!

During the 90-minute session, I realized what I needed to update. It’s the question. The question I had been asking myself 10 years ago had not been updated at all. Ask and you shall receive. When the question changes, the answer changes.

What can I do now that I have been running my own business for 15 years and have gained a lot of experience?

The next morning, IPv6 was finally available. The speed is always around 90Mbps. It’s so nice to have IPv6 with social distance! Where will I go with this speed?

Anyway, I uploaded my problems as I usually do and this time my problem was caught in his net.
