Q. Do you know what the cause is of people’s misty feelings?
Here are some examples from recent sessions. Think of yourself as a coach and try to guess the cause of the bother.
- I went to a cherry blossom viewing party with coworkers from the company I left a few months ago, and one of them was unwell, and when I listened to her, I felt depressed too. I still have baggage from that episode. I was wondering if I should go there in the first place.
- During spring break, We stayed at a lakeside hotel I had visited before. This time I found myself more impressed than before. So I was in a high vibration mood, but then my husband and daughter fought and then I got angry too. How can I avoid being affected negatively?
- When I notice a small problem at work, I often think it’s better not to say anything now, but it turns out to be a big problem later. I sometimes get annoyed with people who don’t move and I say something harsh, which I later regret. I’d like to spend my days more peacefully.
What do you think these problems have in common?
A. They are confused because they are focused on others and not connected to themselves.
I empathized with them and gave them questions and feedback that gradually brought them back to their perspective.
- A few months ago, you were one of them. So your uncomfortable feeling is evidence of your change, isn’t it? When one notices that one has changed, one can start to accelerate. This opportunity makes you realize you have changed.
- The fact that you felt your vibrations raised in nature must have been in harmony with your own vibrations. The fact that you were more moved than on your previous visit is a sign that your sensitivity has been cultivated. You can be confident about that.
- When you are bothered by others, it’s a sign that you should look into yourself.
And when the conversation about connecting with oneself starts, the client’s voice becomes brighter, more pleasant and the time flows more smoothly. That is the feeling of being connected to yourself.
