There are no plans, but there is a routine.

Do you write “Get dressed”, and “eat food”, on your day planner? Of course not. Some things we just do, and the more the better. To do or not to do, that isn’t a problem.

Q: Do you sometimes spend time without a set schedule?

A: The question made me realize that I basically spend my time with no set plans. But I also thought that I was seen as having a set schedule. I think it’s something of a routine.

I do my daily routine every day, but the rest of the time I have free time. If I feel like watching a film today, I go to the movies, or if I happen to be walking along and see a poster for an art exhibition, I go to the museum, etc. I decide what I want to do depending on my mood at the time.

On the other hand, what is set in stone is to wake up early, boil eggs, drink green smoothies, meditate, write a blog, and take online English lessons. I have dinner at 7 pm, go to the gym around 8 pm and go to bed at 11 pm.

However, in my twenties, I thought “going to the gym” was the event of the day. I used to write “gym” in one day frame of my diary.
In short, my plans have now become my daily routine. If a schedule is upgraded to a routine, you will continue to feel uplifted, that I can do many things in a day, and I will always feel progress.

If it becomes a routine, to do or not to do? There is no need to think about it. Rather, the reason for the routine is that the less I do it, the worse I feel. And routines are what bring me back to my normal self. At first, I thought it would be hard to go to the gym every day, but I realized that I was in better condition if I went to the gym every day.

So I don’t think there is a single day that I don’t want to do anything because my routine keeps me in good condition. If I am stressed then I will not want to do anything today.

If a routine is the main event of the day, it may be a sign that you are feeling stressed. Routines build a tireless body and mind and can be a gift to your future self.

A routine is like the frame of a window, it keeps the open space in place, into which serendipitous plans can find their way.
